What makes this coffee so unique? This coffee is of the Sudan Rume variety which is originally from Ethiopia, but now being produced due to its high demand and low yield. It is produced by Wilton Benitez who has been known to experiment with unique coffee processing methods, with this one utilizing his thermal shock method. This high quality coffee was carefully developed and roasted to showcase the high quality and incredible flavors.
